Our Program
Functional
At Stoke Collective, our sessions are programmed across four training styles, offered six days a week. Each program follows a 12-week training cycle, with focus areas shifting between hypertrophy, strength, power, and performance. Our workouts are led by experienced coaches and can be scaled to suit your individual fitness level. If you’re new to training, our classes provide a safe and supportive environment to learn and move well. If you’re more experienced, our sessions are designed to challenge you.

Strength
Structured training built around strength, hypertrophy, and power. Our Stoke STRENGTH training blocks help you safely build real, functional strength over time.
Guided by experienced coaches, you'll work through compound lifts, barbell movements, and targeted accessory exercises.
Condition
This is where your fitness is challenged. CONDITION is designed to build your aerobic engine, push your work capacity, and develop the kind of fitness that carries into everything you do.
The workout is suitable for all fitness levels and scalable allowing you to choose your intensity, keep you challenged and guaranteed to leave you buzzing.
Functional
The best of both worlds. FUNCTIONAL blends strength, power and conditioning into one workout.
You’ll lift something heavy with intent, then shift gears into a workout designed to challenge your engine with complimentary movements. FUNCTIONAL is structured, balanced, and built to get the most out of the session.
Saturday Stoke
This is what it's all about. SATURDAY STOKE is our signature weekend session, a community-driven workout designed to bring everyone together.
The format changes, the energy doesn't. Expect partner work, team elements, and a session that reminds you why training with people hits different. All levels, all welcome. This is where the stoke lives.
Reformer
This isn't your traditional reformer class.
STOKE Reformer is built around dynamic, flowing sequences that challenge your body to move with power, control, and rhythm. Each session blends athletic movement patterns with the resistance and precision of the reformer, creating a full-body workout that delivers a serious rush of endorphins. You'll transition seamlessly between exercises, building strength through fluid chains of movement rather than isolated holds. The pace keeps you engaged, the springs keep you honest, and the programming evolves so your body never adapts.
At STOKE, there's something for everyone. Newcomers will discover a passion for movement, and seasoned athletes will find strength in ranges they've never felt before. STOKE Reformer will change what you think the machine is capable of.
Strong
Time to get after it. STRONG is where you build real power, the kind that carries into the gym, but more importantly, into your everyday life.
Heavy springs, loaded props and functional movement come together on the reformer to challenge your strength and fire up every muscle. Expect heart-pumping sequences, motivating beats and moves that progress with you, whatever your level.
This isn’t about looking strong, it’s about being strong. Force development, full-body load and the good kind of sweat.
GOOD FOR: All levels welcome. These classes are for anyone chasing functional strength, athletic performance, a serious endorphin hit or a full-body challenge.
Core
Meet your strongest, most stable self. This is where symmetry meets stamina, and where your core learns to run the show. Using light springs and flowing movement, CORE fires up the deep stabilisers, builds power, and teaches your body to move with control at every end range.Expect dynamic warm-ups, smooth sequences, sneaky pulses, a prop or two, and plenty of encouragement as you unlock abs and glutes of steel, flexibility, and mental resilience like no other.
You’ll squat better. Run further. Surf, swing a golf club, stand on one leg, all with the kind of posture that turns heads. Moderate intensity. Big payoff. Leave balanced, bulletproof, and stoked.
GOOD FOR: Desk-dwellers, mums, runners, lifters, and anyone chasing a rock-solid centre. Stronger core, stronger everything.
Restore
Slow it down. Tune back in. RESTORE is your reset button. A low-intensity class designed to nourish your nervous system, lengthen tight muscles and rebuild the mind-body connection that gets lost in the noise.
Expect considered movement, supported stretches and breath work that calms the chatter. Props soften every position, the lighting drops, the sounds soothe. You’ll move through full-body release. Think gentle end-range load, trigger point work and space to actually feel what your body needs. Leave lighter. Calmer. Taller. More you.
GOOD FOR: Recovery days, high-stress weeks, tight hips, busy minds and anyone craving a little more ease.
