Strength Training
Structured, progressive sessions focused on building lean muscle, refining technique, and developing long-term strength.Conditioning

Precision-based, low-impact sessions that strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility using reformer equipment.
All classes are designed to be scalable, with options to suit beginners through to advanced members. Instructors guide you every step of the way.
We also provide a creche service, so you can enjoy your workout knowing your little ones are cared for in a safe and supervised environment.

We combine a thoughtful, community-centred approach where training is intentional, expertly guided, and results-driven. Our programming and philosophy are designed to work in harmony, strength for power, conditioning for fitness, and reformer Pilates for balance and recovery, delivering a complete, elevated training experience.

The minimum age for training with us is 16. People under the age of 18 are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign these terms and conditions. For more information on this, please get in touch.

Keep it simple. Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable clothes with proper shoes.
If you’re attending one of our reformer classes (for safety and hygiene reasons), you’ll need grip socks. If you don’t have any, we sell some great pairs at reception.

Q: What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
If you cancel within 2 hours of your session time, or do not show up, you' will be charged a $10 fee.Q: Do you have a waitlist system?
Yes! Please ensure you check any waitlist you may be on the evening before.Q: What is your late arrival policy?
Please ensure you arrives to all your classes on time. This ensures you receive all relevant safety information and that you do not interrupt the class. If you are late, you may lose your spot in class too. -
Yes! We offer complementary creche services for our members.
Creche sessions run Monday to Friday for our 8:15am and 9:15am classes. For more information on this service see the CRECHE tab or contact our friendly team.
