STOKE Strong is our dedicated strength program, built on a structured 12-week periodised cycle designed to deliver real, measurable results.
Each phase progressively shifts in volume, intensity, and load, moving from foundational work through hypertrophy-focused blocks and into peak strength, so your body is constantly adapting and growing. Classes are coached with precision, with programming that prioritises compound lifts, time under tension, and progressive overload, the fundamentals that actually build muscle. You'll train alongside a community that holds each other accountable, with a coach who knows your numbers and pushes you past what you'd do on your own.
Every 12 weeks the cycle resets, your benchmarks get retested, and the next phase begins. STOKE Strong isn't a random workout, it's a program, and the results speak for themselves.
STOKE Condition is where engine meets grit.
These classes are designed to build your aerobic and anaerobic capacity through high-intensity, constantly varied workouts that combine functional movements, loaded carries, bodyweight work, and cyclical conditioning. Every session is programmed with intent, structured intervals, deliberate work-to-rest ratios, and scaling options that mean the fittest person in the room and the newest member both get exactly what they need.
You'll push your heart rate into places that make you uncomfortable, recover just enough, and go again. The focus isn't on going fast for the sake of it, it's about building a level of fitness that carries over into everything else you do, from the reformer to the weekend trail run.
